Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but to ensure we can serve all of our clients efficiently, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else in need. A $55.00 fee will apply for cancellations made without proper notice. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. Deposits are Non-Refundble.After two instances of no-show or late cancellation, you'll no longer be able to book online, unless you have an active package purchase.
